Summer Camp

Birdwatcher's Program

Our team joins camps on Long Island’s South Shore to spark curiosity and wonder about the world of birds. Through guided birding adventures and hands-on exploration with bioartifacts, campers ages 4–10 discover how birds survive and thrive in their natural habitats.

These engaging sessions build lasting connections to nature while encouraging a lifelong appreciation for wildlife and the environment.

The Goal:

The goal of our Birdwatcher's Program is to introduce children to birding in a fun, hands-on way that sparks curiosity, builds a connection to nature, and encourages a lasting appreciation for birds and the environment.

Get Involved!

Looking ahead to next summer, we’d love to bring this experience to your camp!

If you’re interested in hosting a program, reach out to info@cibirdsanctuary.org—we’re excited to share the joy of birding with your community!
